Limited Warranty
The Omega Nutrition Center is warrantied for 5 years from the date of
purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. The Omega
Nutrition Center will be repaired or replaced at Omega's option during
the 5 year period. This warranty is for normal household (non
commercial) use and does not cover damage occurring during shipping
or product failure as a result of accident, misuse, alteration, abuse,
neglect or improper maintenance. The 5 year warranty is effective only
if the product is purchased in United States. This warranty applies only
to units used in accordance with supplied instructions. Warranty is void
if unit has been altered or modified without Omega's authorization.
Removal or rendering serial number illegible voids your warranty.
Warranty card must be completed and sent to Omega within 30 days of
purchase (or receipt as a gift). A service charge of $10.00 must
accompany any unit over one (1) year old. For service, send juicer or
part to the following service center.
