3.1 Restore factory setting
In user model, press and hold 'Volume+' & 'Play/Pause' button for at least 2 seconds.
----when the factory setting restoring is complete ,the product automatically switches off.

Open the upgrade file with the MPFlashTool3.0.exe tool
