7. Troubleshooting

If your cooker has operation problems, before calling the Service Station, check below if the cause of the
failure is not simple to be resolved or if it is not a use failure, which can be easily and quickly corrected,
without wait for a technician.
Problems
Cooktop burner
does not light
Burner does not
stay lighted
When the suggested solutions are not sufficient, call an Electrolux Service Station.
Possible causes
The spreader is misplaced.
Blockage gas system was no
properly deactivated.
Solutions
Place the burners properly.
After lighting the burner, keep control knob
pressed during 10 seconds to disable the
blockage gas system.
