    SECTION 3 DISASSEMBLY Main body section 3.1.1 Removing the top cabinet (See Figs.1 and 2) (1) From the back side of the main body, remove the five screws A attaching the top cabinet. (See Fig.1.) Top cabinet (2) From the both sides of the main body, remove the four screws B attaching the top cabinet.

(See Fig.7.) Rear (2) From the top side of the main body, remove the screw G attaching the earth wire on the bottom cabinet.
  • Page 11 3.1.5 Removing the 5DVD changer mechanism assembly (See Figs.10 to 13) • Remove the top cabinet, rear cabinet and amplifier board. (1) From the top side of the main body, release the claws b and remove the amplifier board holder from the 5DVD changer mechanism assembly.
  • Page 12 3.1.6 Removing the front cabinet assembly (See Figs.14 to 16) • Remove the top cabinet, rear cabinet, amplifier board and 5DVD changer mechanism assembly. Front cabinet assembly (1) From the top side of the main body, remove the screw N at- taching the earth wires on the bottom cabinet.

Front VFD board (1) From the inside of the front cabinet assembly, remove the three screws Q attaching the front VFD board. (2) Take out the front VFD board from the front cabinet assem- bly and disconnect the card wire from the connector FW102 on the forward side of the front VFD board.

(1) From the inside of the front cabinet assembly, remove the seven screws R attaching the front key board.
