Troubleshooting

The table below give indication about self diagnostic routine. Some of error code requires activities exclusively for Authorized
Service Center.
Outdoor unit
The table below list the self-diagnostic routines. For some of error codes, you must contact an authorized service centre.
If an error occurs during the operation, it is displayed on the outdoor unit PCB LED, both MAIN PCB and INVERTER PCB.

1. Check if the service valve is open
2. Check for refrigerant leakage (pipe connections, heat
exchanger) and charge refrigerant if necessary
3. Check if there's any blockage on the refrigerant cycle
(indoor unit/outdoor unit)
4. Check if additional refrigerant has been added after pipe
extension
Check whether 3 phase is reversed or opened.
