Safety temperature monitor (TW) activated

Malfunction image
The safety temperature monitor (TW) of the heating system of the reactor responds,
the temperature at the container tank wall in the upper range is T> + 260 °C.
Cause
The setpoint of the reactor temperature (in
the display + 150 °C) has been changed.
Compressed air flow too low.
Inadmissible high oil concentration, e.g.
due to breakage of the oil separator
cartridge of the compressor.
NOTE
AUTO-RESET
The alarm is reset via AUTO-RESET (see chapter 3.5.7).
The response of the safety temperature monitor (TW) during the heating
phase is not a fault.
This is a normal control status.

Measure
Temperature control on the display with the
Set key, if the setpoint of + 150 °C is set. (see
chapter 5.3.2)
Increase flow rate.
Replacement of the oil separator cartridge
on the compressor.
