In the case of a two-family kit, Ref. 1723/72,
another option will be available: "Call
Neighbour apartment", selecting this option
will send the call to apartment 2 a:
- all the video door phones;
- all the smartphones registered on the
apartment's Call Forwarding Device.
Both the video door phones and the
smartphones will be able to answer the call.
The above-described function will also be
available on the video door phone of apartment
2 in regard to the devices of apartment 1.

5.2 ALARM LOG

Press the "Alarm Log" button on the Home Page
of the Urmet CallMe App to activate the function.

This menu will only be visible after you received an
alarm.
The synchronisation between call sender
device and smartphone takes a few seconds
by accessing the alarm notification, whenever
the app is started or after changing the log-in
data.
The list shows the last received alarm.
Use the drop-down menu (" " for Android and
">" for IOS) to view the received alarm log (up to
30 alarms). The oldest one will be overwritten if
additional alarm is received. For each alarm, the
date and time it occurred will be displayed.

The alarm log cannot be logged. If you have
multiple smartphones paired and connected
to the same account, the alarms log will be
common to all.
