[3] SOFTWARE UPGRADE PROCEDURE

1. SOFTWARE VERSION UPGRADE
When replacing the Main unit, make sure to update the latest software.
The software can be upgraded by using a general-purpose
USB memory device. The following are the procedures for
upgrading the software.
2. USB MEMORY
USB memory of 256MB or highercapacity.

PC running on Windows operationsystems

USB memory reader/writer or PC with a USBport

The file system of a USB memory is FAT. (FAT32supports)

Use the USB memory without other functions (lock and memory reader ...etc)

3. HOW TO UPGRADE THE SOFTWARE
(Caution)
Do not remove the USB memory device or unplug the AC cord while the software is beingupdated.

Besuretoproperlyfollowthewholeproceduredescribedbelow,stepbystep.Otherwise,forexample,theTVca

nnotreadthedatain the USB memory device and software updating will fail.: Never "POWER OFF" the
LCD TV when software upgrade isongoing.Otherwise the system may be damaged beyond recovery.
1) Make sure LCD TV ison.
2) Insert the USB memory device with the update file into the
USB terminal on the TV. (Make sure the latest software is
installed in the USB memorydevice)
