About Smart Mode
Smart Mode allows you to select a few often used
applications including telephone, address book, camera,
m a i l , E Z w e b , e t c . a n d l i m i t t h e p h o n e t o t h e s e
applications ‒ making the operation of your phone a
whole simpler.
Smart Mode ‒ activating/deactivating

Activating Smart Mode

From the Standby screen, press .
The main menu will be displayed.

Using , choose [Ｓｍａｒｔ Ｍｏｄｅ] and
press [Select].
A confirmation screen will be displayed.

Using , choose [Ｙｅｓ] and press [Ｓｅｌｅｃｔ].
Smart Mode has been activated.

●Deactivating Smart Mode

From the Standby screen, press .
The Smart menu will be displayed.

Using , choose [Ｓｅｔｔｉｎｇｓ] and
press [Ｓｅｌｅｃｔ].

Using , choose [Ｃａｎｃｅｌ Ｓｍａｒｔ Ｍｏｄｅ] and
press [Ｓｅｌｅｃｔ].
A confirmation screen will be displayed.

Using , choose [Ｙｅｓ] and press [Ｓｅｌｅｃｔ].
The Smart Mode has been deactivated.
●When activating Smart Mode, some of the settings made in normal mode
may be changed. Depending on the feature, a message informing you of this
change may be displayed.
