e) Do not attach a saw chain, woodcarving blade, segmented diamond wheel with a peripheral gap greater than 10 mm or toothed saw blade. Such blades create frequent kickback and loss of control. f) Do not “jam” the wheel or apply excessive pressure. Do not attempt to make an excessive depth of cut.

2. Open the base plate (10) and slide the flange cap (5) to the side. (Fig. A step 2 + 3, Fig. B) 3. Press the spindle lock button (11) fully and hold in position (Fig. C). 4. Loosen the locking flange (18) anti-clockwise with the provided spanner (15) (Fig. D) and remove the locking flange (18), inner flange (19) and distance washers (20) from spindle.
Auxiliary handle (Fig. J) Always use the auxiliary handle to safely hold and guide the power tool. 1. Align the auxiliary handle (16) with the mounting thread for auxiliary handle (8). 2. Rotate the handle clockwise until it is secured fully. Intended use This product is intended for dry cutting of channels in materials such as concrete, masonry and paving, without using water, with a guide wheel.

Adjusting cutting width The cutting width can be changed between 8 and 30 mm in 7 steps, depending on how many of the 6 pcs distance washers are placed between the first cutting blade and the inner flange. Follow the same instruction of “Assembly - Cutting discs”. Adjusting channel depth (Fig.

WARNING! Never connect live or neutral wires to the earth terminal of the plug, which is marked with E. Only fit an approved 13 Amp BS 1363 or BS 1363/A plug and the correctly rated fuse. If in doubt, consult a qualified electrician. If a moulded plug is fitted and has to be removed take great care in disposing of the plug and severed cable, it must be destroyed to prevent engaging into a socket.
