sets the vertical scale automatically to fit the waveform to the screen.
Sets or queries the vertical offset (the value at the center of the vertical axis) in
the Frequency versus Time graph.
:DISPlay:FVTime:Y[:SCALe]:OFFSet <value>
:DISPlay:FVTime:Y[:SCALe]:OFFSet?
<value>::=<NRf> specifies the vertical offset.
Range: - -60 MHz to +60 MHz.
