3. App Not Installed or Not Updated – Install or update the compatible Omron app from OmronHealthcare.com/app.
4. Incorrect Pairing Process – Follow the pairing instructions in the app and confirm the connection.
5. Error Displayed ("Err") – Follow troubleshooting steps in the app if an error appears.
6. Automatic Power-Off – The device may turn off automatically if left inactive.

Yes, the Omron BP7455CAN can take blood pressure readings without installing the app. The monitor uses the oscillometric method to measure blood pressure and displays the readings on its LCD screen. The app is only needed for features like pairing with a smart device and storing data digitally.

Does this monitor display the date and time for historical measurements stored in the monitor? My current Omron monitor is pretty old and it does not show the date and time for historical records, so I **** looking for the new one to have this feature.

Yes, the Omron BP7455CAN monitor can display the date and time for historical measurements. The manual mentions that users should set the date and time before taking a measurement for the first time, and the date and time are automatically set when paired with the compatible OMRON app. This suggests that recorded measurements include date and time information.
