Testing the printer
To test whether the printer is set up correctly, print a status sheet.
The status sheet contains information about the printer, including
the current settings. Follow the steps below.
1. Make sure that:
the cartridge is correctly installed.
the printer cover is properly closed.
there is paper in the cassette tray, and no paper is inside
the printer mechanism.
2. Turn on the printer as shown below.
