Media prints out blank.
Print starts at wrong place.

for marked media.

Printer or CFA will not turn on.
• Media is too wide (greater than 8.52 inches) for
the standard CFA.
• CFA power is not on.
• There is a glue buildup inside the CFA that is
preventing the media from loading.
• The wheels inside the CFA are not functioning.
• The CFA blade is not in the home position and is
obstructing the path.
• Driver parameters are incorrect. Printer driver
indicates marked media when media does not
have marks.
• Driver parameters are incorrect. Correct page
size has not been selected in the driver.
• The printer has been in a low power sleep mode,
and the fuser is not able to warm. (This mode
should be disabled on your printer.)
The Start Position in the driver needs adjusting.

The printer has been in a low power sleep mode,
and the fuser is not able to control its fuser
temperature correctly. (This mode should be
disabled on your printer.)
There may be label glue inside the CFA, causing the
blade to function incorrectly.
The cut setting on the driver may be incorrect.
The media may have invalid cut marks on it.
The media may be twisted as it enters the CFA.
The cut location in the driver may be set to an
incorrect setting. If the cut is set such that the
leading edge of the next media is less than 3 inches,
the chances of a jam increase. Use NeuraLabel
recommended cut locations to avoid this problem.
Check power switches and cables. If you do not
heed the warnings, and you plug the CFA into the
printer while it is turned on, it is possible that the
printer will be damaged.
