STEP 32 - FITTING THE OPTIONAL ROTISSERIE
Attach Rotisserie Box Bracket to the outside of the right-hand side of the Cooking Frame using
2 x M6x12 bolts screwed from inside the Cooking Frame. Slide runners of the Rotisserie Battery
Box over the Rotisserie Box Bracket.
Assemble the Rotisserie Spit in the order shown. Slide end into the square hole on the battery
box and lower handle end so it rests on the side of the Cooking Frame. Note: Battery Box
requires 3 x AA batteries (not supplied).
To use Rotisserie, first remove from barbecue and remove right-hand Rotisserie Fork. Slide food
item (e.g. Chicken, Meat Joint etc.) onto spit and skewer with left-hand Rotisserie Fork. Now
replace the right-hand Rotisserie Fork and skewer. Position food item where required and secure
the Rotisserie Forks in place using the pre-installed screw. Reseat the spit. Depending on the size
of the item you are cooking you may need to remove the Warming Rack and some or all of the
Grills from the barbecue.
