To fix the weak or no signal issue with the Infomir MAG520 when connected to a Hisense television, try the following steps:
1. Check HDMI Connection: Ensure the HDMI cable is securely connected to both the MAG520 and the Hisense TV. Use the HDMI 2.1 port if available.
2. Try a Different HDMI Port: Switch to another HDMI port on the TV and select the correct input source.
3. Replace HDMI Cable: If the cable is faulty, use a different HDMI 2.1-compatible cable.
4. Restart Devices: Unplug both the MAG520 and the Hisense TV from power, wait for a minute, and then reconnect.
5. Check Power Supply: Ensure the MAG520 is properly powered using the 5V adapter.
6. Test on Another TV: Connect the MAG520 to a different TV to check if the issue is with the Hisense TV.
7. Reset TV Settings: If the TV has HDMI settings, reset them to default or enable HDMI-CEC if available.
If the issue persists, consider updating the firmware of both the MAG520 and the Hisense TV if possible.
