TROUBLESHOOTING
RocketBox will not power on .
Make sure power button on the side is turn to the up position. If this does not
resolve the issue, check to make sure the E-Stop button is not depressed. (Page 5)
Top Tray is clogging during filling stage .
Use a tooth pick or paperclip to unplug the holes as it fills. It also helps to sometimes
loosen each handle on the top tray to get more vibration during use.
How do I get a better fill rate ?
Fill rate will depend on a variety of factors including: type of material, grind, if there
are seeds and stems in it etc. The grind should look like the pictures below and not
be full of seeds, stems or more importantly, not ground up like powder.
