SETUP

Connect hose to gun. Remove
red cap, connect hose to sprayer.
Securely tighten.
START UP – FLUSHING
Turn Power Switch OFF and plug

sprayer into grounded outlet.
Flip the Prime/Spray Valve up to PRIME and turn the Pressure Control Knob to

Prime/Clean setting. Turn Power Switch ON.

Follow pressure
relief procedure and wear
protective equipment
including but not limited to
protective eye wear.

Turn gun trigger lock to locked
position. Unthread spray tip
and guard assembly.
Separate small, clear drain tube

from large suction tube and place
into waste pail.

Engage trigger lock warnings as listed in

Turn Pressure Control Knob
to lowest setting.
Submerge suction tube in water

if spraying water-based material
or flushing fluid if spraying
oil-based.
Allow fluid to flow out drain tube

for 30-60 seconds. Turn Power
Switch OFF.
