when my phone rings, I tap the ear piece of my Poly 4300 UC as instructed, but it wont pick up the call.

Your Poly Voyager 4300 UC Series earpiece may not pick up calls when you tap it due to the following reasons:
- The headset firmware may be outdated. Update your Poly device for best performance. - More than one softphone application may be open. Ensure only one is running. - The Poly Lens Desktop App may not be installed. Install it to enable call control functions. - The softphone application may not be selected in the Poly Lens Desktop App. Select the correct one. - Your device may not be set as the target softphone.
