    Turn on Watch/Restart Press and hold Power Button for 5 seconds or until Samsung logo appears. Wait for Reemo to load.

    Charging Charge watch 1-2 hours daily. Watch will vibrate and screen will indicate low battery if battery level reaches 20%. Assemble charging stand as shown. Place watch in stand to charge. Red Indicator = Charging Green Indicator = Fully Charged...

    Switch Between Apps Use finger to swipe across watch either direction to switch between apps. Or you can rotate Bezel.

    Check Heart Rate Switch to Heart Rate screen. Tap screen once to take pulse. Reposition watch to sit evenly against wrist if necessary.

    Emergency Phone Call Switch to Call screen. Touch and Hold screen until blue circle completes and “Contacting help” screen displays. Watch will vibrate. Tap cancel to end dialing. An emergency response agent will connect you to help or emergency services, if needed.

    Messages A green message bubble will appear on the Watch screen. Tap on green bubble. Read message. Tap green check mark to accept.
