7. HOW TO MEASURE FOREHEAD

TEMPERATURE

Make sure the probe is clean before measuring.

1. Press the

button to power on the thermometer. When the device is

ready, ' - - ' will appear on the screen.

2. Ensure that the thermometer is in Forehead Mode; the Forehead

will be on the display.

3. Position the thermometer about 3cm (around 1 inch) from the center

of the forehead with the sensor aimed between the eyebrows.

that the patient does not move until the measurement is complete.
