8. Before you start

Connect the plug of the power cable [C] supplied into the power input [25] on the back
of the Micro Stereo System.
Plug the mains plug into an easily accessible mains socket.
When laying the power cable [C], make sure it cannot cause a trip
hazard.
Unwind the wire antenna [D] completely.
Connect the connector of the wire antenna [D] supplied into the antenna connector
[21] on the back of the Micro Stereo System.
If you have a fixed roof antenna you can use it instead of the wire antenna
[D].

8.1. Activating the remote control battery

Remove the plastic strip from the remote control battery compartment. The remote control is now
ready for use.
Please also read the safety instructions for the coin cell battery in the "Safety
instructions" chapter.

9. Getting started

9.1. Switching the Micro Stereo System on/off

Toggle the main power switch [24] on the back panel of the Micro Stereo System to "I" to
power the Micro Stereo System on. You can turn the device off by toggling the main power
switch [24] to "0". As soon as the main power switch [24] is moved to "I", you can press
the On/Standby button [17] to power the Micro Stereo System on or switch to standby mode.
You can also use the On/Standby button [26] on the remote control.
Please note that all settings will be lost when switching the Micro Stereo System
off with the main power switch [24].
