You can activate the Emergency Credit (£2.00) when the credit
shown on the meter is below £1.00.
Emergency credit is available if the orange E/Credit light

remain on but accumulate a debt which will need to be repaid
during the next 'TOP-UP TIME'. If you do not put some credit on
your meter at the next 'TOP-UP TIME' your supply is likely to go off.

www.electricity.gg for the latest information.
Lost Card
Should you lose your card, please call in to Guernsey Electricity
on the Bridge to arrange for a replacement. Repeated losses
may result in a small charge.
