To set up a Verizon Fios TV One with a new smart TV and ensure the channels match your other TVs, follow these steps:

1. Disconnect Existing Equipment: Before starting, disconnect all TV equipment, including set-top boxes, third-party streaming devices, gaming systems, and DVD/Blu-ray players.

2. Connect the Fios Router (if needed):
- If using a new Verizon router, connect a coax cable from the router’s coax port to a coax outlet.
- Plug in the router’s power cord and wait up to 10 minutes for it to update. Proceed when the front light is solid white.

3. Connect the Fios TV One:
- Use the provided coax splitter if connecting both the router and Fios TV One to the same coax outlet.
- Connect the Fios TV One to the coax outlet with a coax cable.
- Plug in the power cord and turn on the Fios TV One.

4. Activate the Service:
- Activate online at verizon.com/fiostv/selfinstall or call 855-372-2181.

5. Set Up the Remote:
- Use the Fios TV Voice Remote to navigate and control the TV.
- Press the Guide button to view available channels.

6. Verify Channel Lineup:
- Tune to Channel 131 to check for additional setup help.
- Use the remote’s CH+/- buttons to browse channels and ensure they match your other TVs.

7. Troubleshooting:
- If the router light is not solid white, visit verizon.com/routersupport for troubleshooting.

This setup ensures that your new smart TV receives the same channels as your other TVs.
