[6A_MC drive circuit error]

• With an error in the magnetic contactor drive circuit, the main circuit power supply is turned on even though the magnetic
contactor output is turned off.
Cause
1.
The setting value of the magnetic contactor drive
output of the rotary switch for converter setting
(SW1) is inconsistent with the wiring configuration.
2.
The magnetic contactor has malfunctioned.
3.
The converter unit has malfunctioned.

[6B_Inrush current suppression circuit error]

• The inrush current suppression circuit error was detected.
Cause
1.
The inrush current suppression circuit of the
converter unit has malfunctioned.

[6C_Main circuit error]

• An abnormality was detected while charging the main circuit capacitor.
Cause
1.
The drive units and servo amplifiers connected to
the converter unit do not meet the combination
selection conditions.
2.
The converter unit has malfunctioned.
3.
The servo amplifier has malfunctioned.

[6E_Board error]

• There is a problem with an internal part of the converter unit.
Cause
1.
The converter unit has malfunctioned.
2.
There is a problem with the surrounding
environment.
