Testing binary inputs

The BI input voltage circuit is protected against binary input short circuits. For
example, if binary inputs are damaged and shorted, the BI input voltage circuit detects
the faulty condition, activates Error mode and the red Error LED lights up.

When binary inputs are tested one by one, the faulty binary input is the one that
activates the Error LED. All the other binary inputs that were already activated via
BIO-Tester return to the deactivate state (OFF state) after the activation of the Error
LED.
