Ingredients
Fresh or frozen
Strawberries (hulled)
Sugar
Lemon juice
Orange zest
Lemon zest
Remarks: Jam made in a bread maker will be fairly liquid. As it cools down it will thicken.
700 gms
Method
(1.5lbs)
1) Combine all above ingredients in a non-reactive container
500 gms
and store in fridge overnight
2) Place all ingredients into the bread pan and lock onto the
380 gms
bottom of housing
1 tsp
3) Touch menu for ''JAM''
1 tsp
4) Touch START/STOP to start the program
1 tsp
5) The program will run for 1 hr 30 mins to complete
6) Once ready, mash or blend jam if preferred and store in
sterilised bottles
7. Let it cool completely before storing in fridge
