How to Ride Note: Electric scooter must be moving at least 3 mph Do not activate the thumb throttle unless you are on the E Prime Air and in a safe, outdoor environment suitable for (5 km/h) while engaging riding. - Page 11 USAGE Battery Power Level Indicator 3 Blue + 1 Yellow + 1 Red Indicator Lights - Battery is sufficiently charged.
