TROUBLESHOOTING

ISSUE
CAUSE

SOLUTION
1. If the machine is powered on again, the
display shows BMSxx failure, and the display
goes out after 5 to 30 seconds, please contact
the after-sales service center.
2. Please charge the machine.
3. Lift the seat to check if the seat switch is
loose. Once you make sure the seat switch is
connected, go back the seat and restart the
machine. If the machine still fails to be started,
please contact the after-sales service center.
4. Reture the steer control levers and PTO
switch to the initial position, and restart the
machine. If the machine still fails to be started,
please contact the after-sales service center.
5. Restart the machine.
6. Disconnect the charger from the machine.
7. Insert the key and turn to the start gear.
8. Push or pull the left and right steer control
levers to the desired direction (forward or
backward).

the left and right steer control levers to the
neutral position, push or pull the left and right

rotates smoothly.
4. Fully charge the battery pack.
