    DO NOT EXCEED WEIGHT CAPACITY. 220lbs Failure to do so may result in serious injury. (100kg) TOOLS NEEDED Phillips Drill Tape Screwdriver Measure ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 1 Loosely assemble the cross bars (A) making sure the larger holes are facing out and the locking holes are facing up as shown below.
  • Page 4 STEP 2 Attach both assembled crossbars to each of the legs (B) using the M6x10 bolts (F) as shown below making sure the locking bolts are still facing up on the crossbars. Tighten with the Allen Wrench (O). STEP 3 Attach the side brackets (C) to both ends of the frame using four M6x10mm bolts (F).
  • Page 5 Allen Wrench (O). STEP 5 FOR VIVO DESKTOP: Adjust the frames width until the side bracket holes line up with the predrilled holes on the desktop. Adjust the inner crossbar section until all of the locking bolts (E) are able to make contact, then fully tighten using the Allen wrench (O).
  • Page 6 STEP 6 Attach the control panel (L) to the desktop using the ST2.9x15 screws (I) making sure the cable can reach the control unit. Attach the Control Unit (K) to the desktop using the ST4.8x16 screws (H) making sure one of the leg motor cables can be reached without an extension cable. STEP 7 Connect the Power Cord (J) and the Control Panel (L) to the Control Unit (K), then connect the motor cables from the Legs (B) to the Control Unit (K) using an extension cable (M) for one leg if needed.
