    Personal Safety DANGER ⚠ Before you start using the equipment, you should consult your physician that this type of exercise is suitable for you from a health perspective. Particularly affected are persons who: have a hereditary disposition to high blood pressure or heart disease, are over the age of 45, smoke, have high cholesterol values, are overweight and/or have not exercised regularly in the past year.

    Set-Up Place WARNING ⚠ Do not place the equipment in main corridors or escape routes. ⚠ CAUTION Choose a location in which to place the equipment such that there is enough free space/ clearance to the front, the rear and to the sides of the equipment. The training room should be well ventilated during training and not be exposed to any draughts.

    ASSEMBLY General Instructions ⚠ DANGER Do not leave any tools, packaging materials such as foils or small parts lying around, as otherwise there is a danger of suffocation for children. Keep children away from the equipment during assembly. ⚠ WARNING Pay attention to the instructions attached to the equipment in order to reduce the risk of injuries.

    Assembly Before assembly, take a close look at the individual assembly steps shown and carry out the assembly in the order given. NOTICE First loosely screw all parts together and check that they fit properly. Tighten the screws using the tool only when you are instructed to do so. Step 1: Attach two end caps (7) to left base (2) and right base (65).

Slide weight support (6) and two rubber dounts (10) through two guide rods (9). Attach two guide rods (9) to rear base (4) and secure with two bolts M10*70 (47) and two M10 washers (57).

Attach left beam (42) to upright frame (1) and secure use two bolts M10*70 (47), four M10 washers (57) and two lock nuts M10 (59).
  • Page 18 Step 6: Attach reinforcement plate (67) and joint tube (15) to cross beam (12) and secure with two bolts M10*75 (48), four M10 washers (57) and two lock nuts M10 (59). Attach joint tube (15) to left and right beam (42, 11) and secure with four bolts M10*70 (47), eight M10 washers (57) and four lock nuts M10 (59).
  • Page 19 Step 7: Attach left and right hand (13, 14) to joint tube (15) with four bolts M12*20 (51) and four M12 washers (58). Attach four hooks (25) to left and right beam (42, 11) with four M10 washers (57) and four lock nuts M10 (59).

  • Page 23 Step 10: To assemble cable #63, cable and pulleys have to be assembled together as order follows: L,M,O,P: Attach one Φ90 pulley (22) to pulley bracket and secure with one bolt M10*50 (45), two M10 washers (57) and one lock nut M10 (59). Q: Screw the screw on cable to the sliding shelf.

R: Screw the screw on cable to the other sliding shelf. Take the other end of cable #62 through pulleys. The order is as follows: V: Attach the end of cable to the mid base and secure with one bolt M10*70 (47), two M10 washers (57) and one lock nut M10 (59).
