In simple terms, VO2 max. is an indication of cardiovascular strength and should increase as your level of fitness improves. On the device, your VO2 max. estimate appears as a number and description. On your Garmin Connect account, you can view additional details about your VO2 max. estimate.
Pulse Oximeter The Venu 2 series device has a wrist-based pulse oximeter to gauge the saturation of oxygen in your blood. Knowing your oxygen saturation can be valuable in understanding your overall health and help you determine how your body is adapting to altitude. Your device gauges your blood oxygen level by shining light into the skin and checking how much light is absorbed.
Your device creates a daily step goal automatically, based on your previous activity levels. As you move during the day, the device shows your progress toward your daily goal If you choose not to use the auto goal feature, you can set a personalized step goal on your Garmin Connect account.

The pregnancy tracking feature displays weekly updates on your pregnancy and provides health and nutrition information.
