Hi Have an A16 about 6 months old. It is only producing luke warm water, There are no controllers on it. When a tap is opened it stars with a good flow then cuts back to half. The filter is not blocked and i have tried a new regulator.

The Rinnai INFINITY A-Series A16 may be only producing lukewarm water and experiencing reduced flow when a tap is opened due to the controller safe program being active. If a controller was connected for more than six hours and then disconnected, the unit defaults to controller-only mode. In this mode, the built-in safe program limits the water temperature to a maximum of 42 °C. This could result in lukewarm water. To resolve this, the safe program (Menu 6) needs to be turned off by changing the setting from A (ON) to b (OFF).
