Montageanleitung
▸ Montieren Sie das Dehnungsteilstück et-
wa mittig zwischen den Festpunkten der
Schleifleitung (G51) Die übrige Schleiflei-
tung verlegen Sie in Gleitaufhängungen
▸ Das Abstandsmaß ,,a" (G50) stellen Sie
gemäß der Umgebungstemperatur bei der
Montage nach dem Diagramm ein (G52)
Beispiel:
Montagetemperatur = 18° K
Abstandsmaß ,,a" = 35 mm

Schleifleitung und Stromab-
nehmer durch falsches Ab-
standsmaß! Bei zu geringem
Abstand „a" wird die Schleiflei-
tung beihöheren Temperaturen
gestaucht und verwirft sich ->
Stromabnehmer klemmt Bei zu
großem Abstand „a" kann das
Dehnungsteilstück bei niedri-
geren Temperaturen aus den
Führungen gleiten -> Stromab-
nehmer wird bei der Durchfahrt
zerstört

Dichtlippe

Die paarige Dichtlippe (1) wird in die unte-
ren Schächte der montierten Schleifleitung
eingezogen Die Dichtlippen werden paa-
rig/gleichzeitig montiert (wie hier beschrie-
ben), können aber auch nacheinander/
einzeln eingezogen werden Unter 10 m
Einzeldichtlippenlänge wird die Dichtlippe
von Hand eingebracht Ab 10 m Länge liegt
jeder Lieferung ein Einziehrutscher bei
Die max Einziehlänge der Dichtlippen be-
trägt 40 m Bei größeren Längen werden
die Teillängen durch Laschen miteinander
verbunden (G53)

mately at the mid-point between fixpoints

Sealing strip

The pairs of sealing strip (1) are drawn in
the lowest chamber of the installed con-
ductor rail Normally both sealing strips
are mounted together, but they can also
be mounted separately Below 10 m single
sealing strip length the sealing strip will
be drawn in by hand From 10 m length we
supply a threading tool with every delivery
The max pull-in length of the sealing strips
is 40 m Longer lengths are made by joining
the sections with lugs (G53)

„a" is too small the powerail
will be deformed during higher
temperature -> collector jams
If the distance „a" is too high
the telescope sec tion can sli-
de out of the guid ance during
lower temperature -> collec-
tor damages when passing
over the section
