My Headphone speakers turn off whenever I plug in the Samsung. I have checked all settings.

When you plug in the Samson Meteor Mic, your computer may automatically set it as the default playback device. This causes the sound to be routed through the microphone instead of your headphones or speakers, making it seem like they are turned off. To fix this, go to the Sound settings in the Control Panel and set your headphones or speakers (e.g., Realtek High Definition Audio) as the default playback device. Then, set the Samson Meteor Mic as the default recording device.
