Troubleshooting
Perform the following steps rmtil the SPCM LED remains out,
the front panel LEDs come on, and the system initializes.
la. Back out all I/0 cards and the Multifunction I/0 card from
the backplane.
lb. If the SPCM LED goes out and the front panel LEDs come
on, insert the I/0 cards, one at a time, until the faulty card is
found.
2a. Replace the system processor board.
3a. Unplug all of the power plugs of the internal peripherals.
3b. If the SPCM LED goes out and the front panel LEDs come
on, connect the internal peripheral power plugs, one at a time,
until the faulty device is found.
4a. Replace the power supply.

Replace the backplane.
6a.
