11.3 Marinate function

NOTES:
Make sure that your vacuum container
is suitable for marinating.
You can also perform the function with
bags. No special bags are required.
How to use a vacuum container is de-
scribed below.
With the help of the Marinate function it is
possible to accelerate the marinating pro-
cess. By alternating between vacuum-pack-
ing and aeration, the marinade penetrates
the pores of the meat much faster. The meat
is marinated after only one cycle of the Mar-
inate function (approx. 10 minutes).
For the Marinate function you need a vacu-
um container (not included in items sup-
plied), which is connected via the
connection 9, a vacuum tube 20 and the
appropriate adapter 21/22/23.
1. Place the meat with the marinade in the
vacuum container. Please comply with
the manufacturers' instructions regard-
ing the filling level.
2. Close the vacuum container.
3. Press one end of the vacuum tube 20
into the connection 9 on the right of the
device.
4. Fit the adapter 21/22/23 suitable for
the valve onto the other end of the vacu-
um tube 20.
5. Press the adapter A 21 or B 22 onto
the valve of the vacuum container. Hold
the adapter firmly in place.
Or:
Insert the adapter C 23 into the valve
of the vacuum container.

tion
 3. The LED lights up.
