in the dishwasher. This may result
in discolouration of the synthetic
handles or the Silargan® surface.
This does not impair functionality,
however. We therefore recommend
cleaning by hand.
→ Dry the cookware well after cleaning.
→ Do not stack the cookware directly
one on top of the other. Stack the
pots inside one another, such that
the handles are resting on the
pouring rim.
→ When storing in a cupboard, do
not store with the lid on the pot
wherever possible.
Cleaning the Control Lid
→ Remove the slider before cleaning
the lid.
→ To do this, hold the lid firmly with
both hands (with the slider facing

your body) and use your thumb to
push the slider to the left (or to the
right, depending on its position).
The finger guard on the sides of the
lid cannot be removed.
Re-fit the slider once the lid has been
cleaned and completely dried.
