The Yamaha Portatone PSR-E403 does not have a direct USB recording function. However, you can transfer recorded songs to a computer using the Musicsoft Downloader software. To do this:
1. Connect the PSR-E403 to a computer using a USB cable. 2. Open the Musicsoft Downloader on your computer. 3. Click “Add File” and navigate to the instrument’s memory. 4. Select the recorded song from the “User Songs” or backup data. 5. Click “Move” to transfer the song to the computer. 6. Save the file on your computer for further use.
You may need additional software to convert and save the song in a playable format on a USB drive.
