GM System Level. XGlite As its name implies, “XGlite” is a simplified version of Yamaha’s high-quality XG tone gen- eration format. Naturally, you can play back any XG song data using an XGlite tone gener- ator. However, keep in mind that some songs may play back differently compared to the original data, due to the reduced set of control parameters and effects.
NOTE • The illustrations and displays as shown in this manual are based on the PSR-E463. • Please note that the PSR-E463 and PSR-EW410 have different numbers of keys: the PSR-E463 has 61 keys, and the PSR-EW410 has 76 keys.

Using Batteries This instrument requires the following batteries. DC IN jack (page 13) • PSR-E463: Six “AA” size alkaline (LR6), manganese (R6) or Ni-MH rechargeable batteries. • PSR-EW410: Six “D” size alkaline (LR20), manga- nese (R20) or Ni-MH rechargeable batteries.
