Shortcuts
Calling
When calling a phone that is busy or you get no answer you can simply press
the # key to send the call to that phones mailbox
Being called
If you phone rings and you don't wish to answer you can press the # Key to
send the call directly to your mailbox
Direct Messaging
If you wish to send a message to a person without ringing their phone you
press the # key and their mailbox number or if you have a key with their
extension on it you press the # key and then their extension key
Self Memo
If you wish to send yourself a memo about the big company golf tournament
then simply press the # key twice (# #) and leave yourself a message
