Your Medline product is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from

the date of purchase. Non-durable components such as hand grips and push-buttons are warranted for a period of one (1)

year from the date of purchase. This express warranty extends only to the original purchaser. This warranty does not extend

to damage or failure occurring as a result of owner misusage or negligence, normal wear and tear, or other causes unrelated

to the manufacture and design of the product. This express warranty is Medline's sole and exclusive warranty and your sole

remedy in the event of default or failure. THIS IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY FOR THIS PRODUCT. THERE ARE NO

OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND ANY SUCH WARRANTIES ARE DISCLAIMED. Medline is not responsible for

any consequential or incidental damages or costs arising from the use of the warranted products, or any defect therein or

failure thereof.

Avoid wet or slick surfaces, wires, cables, or tubes and any uneven surfaces that may cause IV pole to tip or fall. • Only use accessories and spare parts authorized by Medline Industries. • Caution should be taken if using multiple pumps. Pumps should be hung so that they counterbalance each other.
