System configuration tool
The tool involves login password setting and communication port configuration.
Password Setting
Password setting is used to set and modify login password. The login password provides a
protection for user settings, which should be entered when the software starts or when you
need to modify the system configuration parameters. By default, [Enable Password] is
unchecked. In this case, you do not need to enter the password. You can enable, modify
and disable login password.
You can check [Enable Password] to set a login password for the maintenance software.
Follow these steps to set a login password.
Check [Enable Password].
Enter a desired password in the [New Password] box.
Enter the password again in the [Confirm] box.
Click <OK> to enable the login password.
To modify an existing login password, follow these steps.
Enter the original login password in the [Password] box.
Enter a new password in the [New Password] box.
Enter the password again in the [Confirm] box.
Click <OK> to enable the login password.
To cancel the login password of the maintenance software, follow these steps.
Enter the login password in the [Password] box.
Uncheck [Enable Password].
