<OPERATING THE TRACTOR>
1. Before starting the tractor apply
the parking brake, place the PTO
(Power Take Off) lever in the "OFF"
position, the hydraulic control le-
vers in the downward position, the
remote control valve levers in the
neutral position(If fitted) and the
transmission in neutral.
2. Do not start the engine or controls
while standing besides the tractor.
Always sit on the tractor seat when
the engine or operating controls.
3. Safety start
In order to prevent the acciden-
tal starting of the tractor, a safe-
ty switch has been provided. The
starting system of the tractor is
connected through this switch.
On some models shuttle shifter
lever and PTO button should also
be in neutral position for complet-
ing the starting circuit. Do not by-
pass the safety switch. Consult
your TYM tractor Dealer/Distribu-
tor if safety switch malfunctions.

4. Avoid accidental contact with
the gear shifter lever while the
engine is running. Unexpect-
ed tractor movement can result
from such contact.
5. Do not get off or climb the trac-
tor while it is in motion.
