To remote start a Hyundai Venue:

1. Press the door lock button (1). The hazard warning lights will blink once to confirm.
2. Within 4 seconds of pressing the door lock button, press and hold the remote start button (3) for more than 2 seconds. The engine will start, and the hazard warning lights will blink three times.
3. To stop the engine, press the remote start button (3) again.

Note: The climate system settings will be maintained as they were when the engine was last stopped. If the climate system was off, it will not operate when the engine is started remotely.
