1. SAfETy
1.1.
GENERAL SAfETy
Always perform automotive testing in a safe environment.

Keep your work area clean and well lit.

Keep clothing, hair, hands, tools, test equipment, etc. away from all moving or hot engine parts.

Operate the tool in a well-ventilated work area.

DO NOT operate the tool in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases, or heavy dust.

DO NOT use the tool around corrosive chemicals which can damage the tool.

DO NOT abuse the flexible cable. Never use the flexible cable to carry the tool.

DO NOT drop the borescope, it is not shock proof.

Keep the tool dry, clean, free from oil, water and grease.

WARNING: The handheld display unit is NOT waterproof.
Handle the borescope with care. If it is dropped, check for breakage and any other conditions which may affect its operation.

DO NOT immerse the imager head and cable into corrosive substances, petroleum or oil.

DO NOT use near moving machinery.

DO NOT use excessive force to insert or withdraw the imager head or cable.

DO NOT use the tool while tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or intoxicating medication.

DO NOT over-reach. Maintain proper footing and balance at all times.

2. INTRODUCTION
High performance palm sized borescope is equipped with an LED light, 70mm colour TFT screen, high resolution camera and recorder
with playback mode. Its biggest feature is the clever 2-way articulated probe tip giving you up to 350° of viewing which gives greater
control to the user. Videos and images are stored on its 8GB Micro SD card (supplied) and can be transferred to a PC via the USB
data cable (supplied). Waterproof probe pod with IP67 rating and supplied in storage case. Powered by 4 x AA (not supplied).
