Hi how do I change the batch setting to batch it’s on D-O at the moment

My currency counter keeps telling me there is a jam error or a soft test error. There is nothing in the machine

If your Lidix ML Series currency counter shows a jam error or soft test error despite being empty, turn off the machine and clean the inside, especially the sensors. Remove any dust or foreign material from sensors such as the Hopper Sensor, Counter Sensors, and Reject Sensor. Do not use tweezers or sharp metal objects to remove debris.
