When the disconnection detection function is operated, "1" is stored to the bit of
the corresponding channel in this area.
In the following cases, "0" is stored to the bit of the corresponding channel.
• Disconnection detection function is "disabled".
• An analog output value is within the dead band when "auto setting" is set to the
disconnection detection mode.
• D/A conversion enable/disable setting (buffer memory address 0: Un\G0) is set
to "D/A conversion disable".
