To change the login password on a Ricoh IM C2000 Series printer, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the machine.
2. Press [Address Book] on the Home screen.
3. Select the login user from the address book, then press [Edit].
4. Press the [User Management / Others] tab, then select [User Management].
5. Enter the new login password (up to 128 characters), then press [OK].
6. Press [Settings].
7. After completing the procedure, press [Home].
