If your SureSafeGO watch won’t charge and is not working, follow these steps:
1. Ensure Proper Connection – Use the provided docking station or USB cable. Connect the Micro USB side to the docking station and plug the USB into a power socket. 2. Check Charging Indicators – Place the device on the docking station until it clicks and vibrates. A solid blue LED should appear while charging. 3. Wait for Full Charge – Fully charge the device for 3-4 hours before first use. The blue LED will turn off when charging is complete. 4. Try a Different Power Source – Use a different socket or USB adapter to rule out power issues. 5. Restart the Device – Press the side power button for 1 second to turn it on. If needed, place it in the docking station to turn it on automatically. 6. Check for Physical Damage – Ensure the charging port and cables are intact. 7. Contact Support – If the device still won’t charge, it may be faulty and require assistance.
Following these steps should help resolve the issue.
